Spring Fling 25th - 28th May 2018
Time has flown and it's hard to believe that this year's Spring Fling event is almost here!
I am delighted to be taking part again this year and have been busy creating new work. My theme this year is Dumfries and Galloway, taking inspiration from the beautiful region in which I live. There will also be some of my work from further afield along with a selection of my sketchbooks to thumb through.
This year my studio will be at the very lovely Whitehouse Gallery in the busy harbour town of Kirkcudbright. I'm studio number 18. There's lots going on that weekend including the Kirkcudbright half marathon on the Saturday and the farmers market on the Sunday as well as other Spring Fling studios to visit so plenty to keep you entertained.
There's also a lovely walk along the River Dee you can do from the town too, one of my favourite walks I enjoy with my dogs. The circular loop takes about an hour if you head all the way up to Tongland bridge and back and as there are a number of places to grab a bite to eat in Kirkcudbright you could make a day of it!
